YEEP — the long way in.
The Young Energy Engineers Programme is our twelve-month rotation for recent engineering graduates. Real projects, senior mentors, a stipend, and a job offer at the end for the best of the cohort.
What you get
Three four-month rotations: audits, EPC delivery, M&V.
Senior mentor pairing — a chartered engineer to every two YEEPs.
Stipend at market rate plus AEE-CEA exam fees covered.
Quarterly reviews and public-portfolio project at the end.
Offer of permanent employment for top-tier completers.
Who it suits: Engineering graduates (electrical, mechanical, mechatronic, energy) under 30 — and the employers / donors who back them.
